Keith established PER Consulting in December 2011 as a bespoke consultancy providing expert advice across the fields of strategic planning, economic growth and regeneration.
Previously Senior Director with global consultancy AECOM, he is also former national head of regeneration with property consultants DTZ and has worked for Chesterton Consulting, Welsh Office Private Finance Unit and Milton Keynes Development Corporation.
Keith is a Fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a Chartered Development Surveyor with over 35 years’ professional experience in helping create conditions for communities and businesses to flourish.
